NASIG and SSP Agree to Collaborate

NASIG is pleased to announce that with NASIG Board approval, President Dana Sinclair recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) to become an affiliated organization. Our collaboration with SSP is only the latest of many we have established over the years, as prominently noted on our homepage.

One aspect of this agreement is that NASIG members are now able to enjoy a discounted rate on SSP’s webinars, thereby enhancing the value of annual membership. There is a reciprocal discount on NASIG webinars for SSP members.

Shared work is vital for addressing important issues facing libraries, publishers, and other stakeholders in the information community. NASIG is excited about what lies ahead in our collaboration with SSP and other partners!

If you have questions about this arrangement, or would be interested in similarly collaborating with NASIG, please email info@nasig.org.
