It’s not too late to register for NASIG 2015. It’s an exciting time to be a part of NASIG and the sessions offered at our 2015 conference prove the point.
The joint sessions for NASIG and SSP look timely and interesting. Jayne Marks’ session from the publishers’ perspective highlights changing information policies and T. Scott Plutchak offers a librarian’s perspective on those same policies. Copyright is an ever evolving standard and Peter Jazsi and Michael Remington can provide some insight into the changing landscape.
E-Book collections are growing and changing the library landscape. Ria Lukes, Susanne Markgren and Angie Thorpe have suggestions for e-book collection development for smaller libraries, and Esta Tovstiadi and Gabrielle Wiersma can offer suggestions for using multiple platforms for e-book management.
There are plenty of social events planned; and there’s more than enough to do during your free time at the conference. There’s still time to register. Join us in Washington!
