The following list of restaurants was compiled for us by local CPC member Laurie Edwards.  It is not comprehensive, but it hits the highlights.

NOTE:  There are so many great and interesting places to eat in downtown Asheville that you can’t go wrong!

    For barbecue try Perry’s for pulled pork sandwiches and Luella’s for ribs.

    Had dinner at Fiore’s tonight at it’s FANTASTIC. They have half portions of their pasta so it can be moderately priced and it’s a quick 5 minute walk from the Renaissance. Make a left as you leave the front of the hotel, walk past the Thos Wolfe house, make a left at N. Market then make a left at College. It’s mid-block.
